Monster Steam Mop – It has Some Really Strong Cleaning Features

The features that steam mops offer can vary greatly from model to model. The creator’s of the Monster Steam Mop have included some particularly powerful cleaning features in the design of their steam mop. If you are looking for a floor cleaner that does a thorough job, the Monster is one you will want to look closer at.

Steam mops clean and sanitize floors by using water. In order to do this, the water has to be heated hot enough to kill germs and bacteria. It must reach a temperature of at least 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Surpisingly enough, many steam mops on the market these days don’t get that hot. The Monster, however, reaches a temperature of 266 degrees. That is more than hot enough to sanitize the floors you are cleaning.

Another powerful feature of the Monster Steam Mop is it’s steam jets. While all steam mops come equipped with steam jets that produce steam under the mop, the Monster also has front jets too. The front jets add to it’s cleaning ability by also cleaning along the walls and getting into corners in a way that other steam mops are unable to.

The Monster also has adjustable steam levels. With four different levels of steam to choose from, you can adjust it easily to your floors cleaning needs. This rare feature isn’t offered by other steam mops.

The carpet glide attachment that is included with the purchase of the Monster is another great feature of the mop. With this attachment, you can sanitize not only carpets but also rugs and other fabric surfaces. Some people even use their steam mop carpet attachments to kill dust mites in their mattresses. You might also be able to get some spots out of your carpets with the steam mop although tougher spots may require a shampooing or a spot cleaner.

On the negative side, the Monster Steam Mop does sell for more than many of the other steam mops you can buy and some users complained that it’s handle seemed to feel a little flimsy. Overall though, it got many positive reviews from consumers who felt it was easy to use and that it did a nice job of getting floors clean. If you don’t mind spending a little more, the additional features that the steam mop has are really worth the extra cost. I would conclude that the Monster Steam Mop is one of the top five you can purchase.
